Bob Arum on Top Rank would not delve yet on what boxing fans had been clamoring all along a super fight Manny Pacquiao and the undefeated Floyd Mayweather Jr. The promoter are responsible for putting together some of the most memorable fights, stressed that Pacquiao should win his coming title bout against WBO welterweight king Miguel Cotto for Pacquiao vs. Cotto on November 14, 2009.

Arum said “we have to treat it one fight at t time”. Mayweather come out for his retirement and dominated Mexican warrior Juan Manuel Marquez in their non title welterweight fight, a winner that all the more bolstered a future match with Manny Pacquiao.

As of now Arrum stresses not thinking of any fight for Pacquiao at this moment other than his dual with Cotto. Arum said “I believe this Pacquiao vs. Cotto match culd be one of the greatest fights in the history of boxing”.
