Tips how to  pass Computer Hardware Servicing or NCII exam

As on of the 10 passer in the province of capiz for meit is easy to pass the examination about Computer Hardware Servicing  NCII more knoledge about (DOs) disk operating system commands, windows 98 and the windows 2000 DOS commands and uses.  All questions are come from Windows 98 and Windows 2000, basic troubleshooting and networking. In hardware insallation it is easy to pass more knowledge about dual boot using windows 98 and windows 2000. Peer to peer network using cross over connection on the UTP cable and the standard connection. After the crimping using the cross over and the standard connetion you have to connect to another computer using the given IP address and Print a document that come from the server. dude i also a passer of that exam.you did pass on that part coz thats ur exam was composed of that part,here on our part we did have the test of some obsolete questions like this one. what is the antivirus used by microsoft before.if you have tried tesda on manila u might have trouble shoot one of the dot matrix printers.dont relly always on the type of exam that they have given to you.it depends on the accessor if what will you do have on exam

ako kasalukuyan palang nag aaral ng chs II ,mga 2 weeks dito sa st. patrick- orani gusto ko sana malaman ang ang mga causes ng sira sa computer, may alam na kami sa sa pag assemble halimbawa ok ang computer umaandar ngayon pakakalas at matapos kalasin ay ibabalik uli sa dati kailangan mapatakbo uli ‘yon at nagawa ko naman mdali naman.. ang gusto ko lang naman ay malaman ang trouble halimbawa may mag pagawa sa akin .

wla po akong questionnaire para sa CHS indi pwede kumuha dahil bawal. kahit nga mga accessor indi alam ang questionnaire malalaman lang nila pag bibigay na sila ng exam. Pag magaling ka sa actual madali nalang ang interview puro troubleshooting lang naman..

depende naman kasi sa assessor niyo kung ano ang magiging exam niyo eh… yung ibang assessor hindi na nagpapa dis-assemble at assemble ng system unit eh… yung iba naman ipapa network sainyo yung exp to exp yung iba naman xp to 98… good luck

Congrats sa mga pumasa for NCII, tama kayo depende sa Assessor kung anong ibibigay nyang exam nyo because he/she will be the one who make the SESSION PLAN.

hi po. ask ko lang po kung pano magkaron ng server pag mag newtworking na at kung pano ang procedures ng pag connect ng internet connection kc dun po ako nahihirap. gusto ko sana mg pa assest kc my knowledge po ako sa troubleshooting, installing at simple networking lang na peer to peer pero d ko lang po alam kung pano makaron ng server at mg install ng internet. pls help me.

dude i also a passer of that exam.you did pass. here in tesda bicol you should disassemble and assemble the computer units and install programs. cabling using RG45 and UTPcable then connect it to other units for Printing files. after that many question and answers from the assesor you should to answers to pass the true actual and written examinations. at marami pa….

mag take nga din ako ng exam sa CHS NCII pero wala akong mga handouts regarding that matter at ang alam ko lang is more on technical pero hindi lahat ay alam ko lalo na sa DOS commands…
pwede nyo ba akong tulungan or kahit email na lang sakin ang kelangan kung dpat gawin…
at alam ko more on experience lang ung alam ko at walang nagtuturo sakin…

mga guys and girls sa mga my gustong magtanong about how to pass CHS NCII just study more the hardwares troubleshooting, networking, and pc assemble. About the question and answer just study the error codes, beep codes, some dos commands, error message, networking troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, and more.

Un lang po ang pweding mabibigay ko dahil bwal po ang magbigay ng questionnaire etc. dito at sa kahit anong pamamaraan dahil po baka kakasuhan ako ng tesda sa pag reviel ng questionnaire.

Maraming Salamat po sana makakatulong ako ng kahit kunti sa mga kukuha ng exam. Sa ibnag my gustong mag tanong email nyo lang ako.. My email is available on my blog post.

Become an assessor you need to have a seminar of AM and AM after that you will process your papers on Tesda office and activate to be a certify accessor but you need to wait for your license number.

Nag aral din ako s TESDA at kumuha ng Computer technology in PC Operation And Computer hardware serving. Pumasa ako s PC Operation but never take CHS NC II..I am planning to take the exam this coming October..I just want to know kung bakit as of now, the examination procedres are still the same most especially s Installing OS. Bakit Windows 98 at 2000 ay kasama pa rin s mga questionaires for in fact most of the applications sofwares now adays do not already support the OS’s mention above..When you look at the latest Games today, most of them does not already support windows 98 and 2000..hehehehe..Sad to say windows 98 and 2000 is almost obsolete..:)… i just based this on my experience, i am presently working as a technician at the same time assembler din ako ng computer..nasa technical kasi ako n assign…i am happy n my boss is always happy about my performance and i also said TESDA product yata ako..:)…peace s mga tesda accreditted schools alumni..

and exam po ay napakadali pag marunong kana ng actual sure makakapasa ka talaga.. Dahil pagdating sa interview mga common troubleshooting lang naman. Focus sila more on actual.. For more information you can email me on renanorola@yahoo.com for some few question for interview.

passer po ako sa computer hardware servicing NCII ng interface computer college d2 sa davao city…

nung august pa po ako naka pasa..

pero baket hanggang ngaun wala pa po daw ung certificate ko..

ang sabi saken, ung passer from september and october ma dedelay po daw kasi sira ung printer ng certificate sa manila..

good day mga bro and sis. tanong ko lang po sa inyo kung pwede po ba ninyo akong matulungan sa exam sa CHS NC 2. gusto ko lang po kasing pumasa katulad nyo.ano po ang lumabas sa exam at mga tips kasi di namin nadiscuss ang DOs) disk operating system commands, windows 98 and the windows 2000 DOS commands and uses.

hi to every1!i am a trainer and at dsame time assessor advice ko lang sa nyo wag kaung mag focus sa, regedit at gpedit kc bawal un na isama sa exam note sino mang assessor mag conduct ng exam na kasama e2ng regedit at gpedit ay maari nyong questionen…mag concentrate kau sa actual dhl ung interview ay babasi den sa actual..tips ko lang alamin new ung 4active wire sa utp, then alamin nyo rin ung transmit data and receive data den focus kau sa troubleshooting between hardware and software den isama nyo na ang networking…thanks…

Madali lang po pumasa sa assessment. Patuloy lang kayong magbasa sa forum na to & makakakuha kayo ng mga tips na makakatulong. Mr. Renan, salamat sa tips.

P.S.
Mas mahirap pa ang maghintay ng release ng certificate kesa sa assessment. At least sa assessment makakapasa ka pag nagaral kang mabuti. Sa pagkuha ng certificate, pababalikbalikin ka ng TESDA. Laging isasagot sayo, “try mo next week”. Buwan na ata ang inabot di pa narerelease certificate.

I’m a Computer Hardware Servicing Trainer here in Pangasinan, Passing NC II is quit easy for me, it depends on the assessor, if they will obey the exam pattern given by the Provincial office. it will be hard to pass, so other assessors change the way of the exam for the trainees to pass. if u have the basic computer knowledge for sure the exam will be easy.

hi,hello po… kakapass q lng ng ncII last nov 26. same pa rin ang lumabas sa exam almost exactly what u said. pero marami sa mga kasabay q ang d nakapasa kxe di nila alam mag- DAILY BACKUP.. at magrestore… ang mapapayo q lng po s mga kukuha ng ncii ay magpractice at wag matakot sa computer try to familiarize yourself on the basics also. ang dme kxing ngreklamo n bkit 98 at 2000 ang exam e XP, vista, at windows 7(ang ma-eencounter mo ngaun) nlng daw sna ang exam. wla n nmn ng ngpapaayos ng 98 at 2000? well, wla magagawa dhil yan ang exam, at nakakahiya din n d tyu familiar sa mga basics like DOS… anyways gudluck sa nxt batch at sa mga mag-reretake at s mga kukuha plng….

Hellow sa lahat. Madali lamang yung exam. Sa actual ay assemble and disassemble sa system unit, installation sa OS at networking. Sa networking mag gawa lamang kayo ng straight through at cross over na cable na gagamitin nyo sa pag network ng mga computer, at sharing sa printer.

Sa oral nman karamihan sa lalabas ay tungkol sa dual booting ng Windows 98 at Windows 2000. Wala masadong tanong tungkol sa windows xp. Meron ding tanong about kinds of backup mga problem sa bual booting. Kung gusto nyong humingi ng konting mga tanong about sa oral meron akong konting alam.

Congratulations sa mga pumasa…Ngayon ang talagang pinakamahirap na parte. Ang paghihintay kung kailan marerelease ang CHS NCII certificate nyo.
Ihanda na ninyo ang tenga nyo sa parang recorded na sentence na “Wala pa eh. Try mo tumawag next week.”
Tip ko lang, pag nagtagal ng more than two weeks ang release ng certificate nyo, email kayo agad sa boboysyjuco@yahoo.com. Gagawan agad nila ng aksyon ang reklamo nyo.

hello guys,

don’t get too worried about the examination.. i also passed the NC II examination for hardware servicing and it was quite not that easy but if you are well prepared and having some adequate knowledge on the actual computer troubleshooting… no doubt you’ll pass. :)

the examination is pretty determined by the assessor. He or she is capable of giving judgment of how knowledgeable about computer servicing. in my experience… i was asked about a stubborn computer problem which i happen to read on a free computer technicians’ blog. the blog really gave a good shot.. hope it helps you too. :) Good luck!

Mabuti nman at naisip mo tong gawan ng forum…

I am happy coz may mga kagaya nyo, mga successive sa examination, actually i been working for almost 9years as technician, maintenance, IT staff, IT salesman,etc…lahat nlang yata sa computer servicing alam ko na… but the most important thing you have to consider is, iba ung exam, and iba ung pressure sa exam gaano kaman kagaling.ang kelangan natin is “focus” at dapat “relax”. My mga scenarios na alam m na lahat pero kabado ka, resulta is nagkaletse2 ung sagot mo…

Situational kasi lahat ng exam, hindi pwede na ung mga bago lng lahat ung ilabas sa exam, syimpre ikaw alam m na yon…so dapat kelangan basic…exam nman pinag uusapan dito hindi ung latest technology.

actual exam? wlang problema yan…mapag aaralan yan kasi tech tayo..dba? career nyo yan eh…

gud day…actually madali lang ang assessment…
and hardship dpende sa assessor… there are some assessor kasi na parang pinupush ka over the limit and there are some naman na madali… kya kung kukuha ka mas mabuti kung review mo lahat from safety,tools,DOS,Win XP installation,Crimping,File sharing and last thing.. Pray ka yun ang pnaka dbest thing na gawin tapos mo mag review…. tsaka maligo ka bgo mag take ng exam para ma relax ka…:)
